Job Summary
*This position is expected to work on-campus in Cheyenne, WY.*
Play a key role in keeping our campus systems running smoothly. As the Senior Enterprise Applications Specialist, you’ll oversee the critical platforms that support students, faculty, and staff every day. This is a full-time, benefited position responsible for managing and maintaining the college's critical systems, including CRM, ERP, SIS, and various web applications. This position ensures seamless data integration, system reliability, and effective user support. The role also includes coordinating cybersecurity efforts with the cybersecurity manager and system upgrades with key systems stakeholders.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.- Screening will begin ASAP and continue until the position is filled.

Principal Responsibilities and Results, KSA's

System Administration and Maintenance
Ensure reliable system performance by administrating, monitoring, and maintaining the application servers to support Colleague and other Enterprise Systems that are on premises and in the cloud. They will also support continuous and secure IT operations.
- Serve as primary administrator for the CRM
- Serve as primary for the ERP system
- Serve as primary for the SIS system.
- Lead maintenance efforts for CRM and ERP servers
Facilitate seamless integration management by coordinating system implementations, ensuring compatibility between platforms, and troubleshooting issues to support cohesive technology operations.
- Ensure accurate data flow, system synchronization, and effective communication between platforms.
Enhance application support by resolving technical issues, providing user assistance, and ensuring optimal functionality of software application to improve user experience and productivity.
- Provide timely support for end users
- Troubleshoot issues
Strengthen data security by implementing encryption protocols, monitoring access controls, and addressing vulnerabilities to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Set up and maintain third-party data shipping and encryption from ERP system
Ensure seamless eCommerce transactions by managing the payment gateway, troubleshooting processing issues, and maintaining secure payment systems to provide a reliable and efficient customer experience.
User Account Management
Manage user accounts by creating, updating, and deactivating profiles, monitoring access permissions, and resolving account-related issues to ensure secure and efficient system usage.
Cybersecurity Coordination
Enhance cybersecurity for the CRM and ERP systems by coordinating security protocols with the Manager of Cybersecurity to ensure security measures are in place and followed.
Other tasks may be assigned based on contemporary institutional needs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP system administration.
- Understanding with to leverage AI
- Understanding of server maintenance and optimization.
- Knowledge of web applications and their integration with various systems.
- Familiarity with data encryption and secure data transfer practices.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, particularly in relation to CRM and ERP systems.
- Understanding of eCommerce Payment Gateway management and security.
- Basic understanding of account management and user provisioning.
- Knowledge of system integration best practices.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies for complex systems.
- Understanding of project management methodologies related to IT maintenance and integration tasks.
- Familiarity with the student information system (SIS) and ERP interfaces in higher education settings.
- Knowledge of APIs and support tools such as Postman or Bruno
- Knowledge of scripting languages and TSQL
- Basic understanding of web applications and data security principles.
- Familiarity with system integration and data flow between applications.
- Familiarity with encryption and secure data transfer methods.
- Proficient in system administration and integration, especially with CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for system issues.
- Excellent communication skills and can clearly describe the situation to both technical and non-technical users.
- Must have the skill to be diplomatic in all situations with the customer and solve their problem.
- Must have the skill to listen to the customer, gather their business requirements and turn manual process into time saving solutions. Rather that using AI or working with the ITS team to come up with a solution.

- While performing the essential duties of this position, an employee would frequently be required to move around the assigned work areas as well as within hallways, meeting rooms, and other parts of the campus facilities

Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- 5 years of experience in system administration or technical support.
- Experience administering and supporting CRM or ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university, OR Associate’s Degree with 5 years of experience in CRM or ERP system administration.
- 3 years of experience in system administration with a focus on CRM and ERP systems.
- Ability to create scripts and leverage AI to the fullest extent possible.
