What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant- WEEKENDS 5am-1pm position at LaQuinta Summersville WV?
Job Description: Responsible for cooking, preparing, and serving breakfast. Hours of shift start around 5AM and can go as late as 2pm. You are responsible for cleaning and restocking the kitchen, kitchen equipment, buffet and seating areas before, during, and after breakfast is closed to the guests.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-To understand all standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness.
-To consistently perform to the standards of cleanliness for the Brand.
-Maintaining shelf organization in kitchen and storage areas of dining room.
-Remove trash from kitchen and dining areas.
-Sweep and mop floors.
-Reporting to maintenance problems or completing work orders.
-Spot cleaning walls, tables, chairs and cabinetry
-Complete daily kitchen checklist.
-Must be able to reach, kneel and bend.
-Have the ability to lift, push and pull.
Additional Responsibilities:
-Attitude must be conducive to team growth, hospitality and serving environment.
-Greet guests whenever coming into contact. Friendly "hello". "Is there anything I can help you with".
-Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
