Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. As the Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, responsible for maintaining hotel accuracy, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout the night.
Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service to foster positive guest relations.
- Monitor hotel security systems and perform safety checks in accordance with hotel emergency procedures to ensure a secure environment.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records for management review.
- Handle phone communication with guests and staff using proper phone etiquette while providing clear information or assistance.
- Support reservation processes by managing bookings through hospitality reservation systems and updating guest information accurately.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management with experience in front desk operations and hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar PMS platforms.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse guests and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving, guest relations, and client communication.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond swiftly during incidents or emergencies.
