Breakfast Attendant Weekends

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. PRIOR HOTEL BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming breakfast experience for guests, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with food service operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, guest relations, and hospitality service within a dynamic environment. The Breakfast Attendant plays a vital role in creating a positive start to our guests’ day by delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Replenish buffet stations and ensure food displays are attractive and well-stocked
• Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service
• Handle food safety procedures, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Buss tables, clear dishes, and assist with general cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards.
• Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or group functions
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper knife skills and dietary considerations when preparing meals

Experience
Candidates with previous experience in food service or hospitality are preferred. Specific experience that is beneficial includes:

• Kitchen experience, food preparation, or catering roles
• Banquet or catering experience
• Delivery driver experience related to food service delivery
• Customer service roles including host/host or guest relations positions
• Food handling certifications or knowledge of food safety standards
• Barista or coffee experience is a plus for beverage service areas
• Experience in hotel or restaurant settings demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
