Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to assist callers with inquiries or reservations.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing guest relations and communication.
• Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is highly valued.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and building rapport with guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
