Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest room Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and/or customer service ensuring that all areas are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for guests by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
Duties
- Perform industrial cleaning and custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness in guest areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure all surfaces are spotless.
- Assist with housekeeping management by organizing supplies and equipment needed for daily operations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance or information, ensuring a high level of hospitality at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest areas to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- A background in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
