Position Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and supervision for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities
- Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, positive, and passionate about working with children
