Regional Sales Manager – Roofing (Storm Restoration) | Wisconsin Branch

Our roofing company is expanding, and our Wisconsin branch is ready for a driven, experienced, and competitive Regional Sales Manager to build a winning team and dominate the local storm restoration market. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge in building and scaling a high-performing door-to-door sales team
- Recruit, hire, and train new reps with support from our headquarters and proven systems
- Drive a culture of competition, energy, and excellence that motivates your team
- Oversee all sales operations and hit aggressive branch sales goals
- Partner with leadership and utilize our training, marketing, and recruiting support to grow fast and smart

We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in storm restoration or roofing sales
- Prior leadership experience (sales manager, team lead, or equivalent)
- A competitive mindset and a passion for winning
- Strong recruiting, training, and motivational abilities
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
