A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOOKKEEPER
As a Bookkeeper, you play an important role in helping our company run smoothly. You might not be out repairing or installing systems, but you help paint a picture of how the company is doing financially. You come to work, eager to put your bookkeeping skills to good use in a variety of ways. Using QuickBooks and the other tools at your disposal, you help manage accounts payable and receivable. You reconcile cash and credit cards, perform job costing, and ensure that payroll is processed in a timely manner. You create the necessary support schedules under the guidance of the CFO so we can present top-notch financials. As you do, you enjoy working with an enthusiastic team of go-getters. QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
- 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience
