Coverage Areas
Primary (High Priority): Yavapai, Coconino, Navajo, and Apache Counties
Secondary: Maricopa and Pinal Counties
Position Details
- Employment Type: 1099 Contract
- Compensation: Competitive split-fee arrangement with potential for performance bonuses
- Experience Level: 1-10 years (we welcome both newer certified appraisers and seasoned professionals)
- Client Base: AMCs, private lenders, and you're welcome to develop your own private client work
What We're Looking For
- Active Arizona Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license
- Proficiency with appraisal software (we use TOTAL)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to USPAP standards and professional ethics
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within coverage areas
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
- Someone seeking long-term stability - We're building a team for the future and hope you'll grow with us for 10-15 years
- Content working with an established company - Not looking to start your own firm
