Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and handling guest inquiries
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, requests, and concerns promptly
- Maintain guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel’s welcoming brand image
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training provided
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Experience in resort or hospitality environments enhances your ability to handle guest relations seamlessly
- Knowledge of night audit processes and hotel operations is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
