We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking individual to join the Lapels Team as a Laundromat Team Member. If you take pride in keeping things clean, enjoy helping others, and want to work in a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with laundry services and machine use
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas: floors, machines, folding tables, restrooms, and lobby
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry for drop-off or wash-dry-fold (WDF) service customers
- Monitor machines for proper functioning and report maintenance issues
- Handle basic point-of-sale (POS) transactions, if applicable
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for customers
- Restock supplies (detergent, dryer sheets, etc.) as needed
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
- Friendly and professional attitude with great customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Previous customer service or cleaning experience is a plus (but not required)
- Must be 18 years or older
