Lapels Cleaners is looking for energetic, outgoing Customer Service Representatives:
Lapels Cleaners , nationally leading company in the dry cleaning industry, is growing its operations and hiring more staff. We are locally located and are seeking motivated employees who can provide customer service on the front counter and able to assemble and bag orders in the back of the store. We require candidates to have a positive and friendly attitude and provide exceptional service to our customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Job Responsibilities - Front
- Provide warm, engaging interaction with customers
- Provide clear descriptions of Lapels services and processes to customers
- Check in customer orders, inspect, sort, and tag garments for cleaning
- Solve customer problems and concerns as needed
- Communicate problems, record issues, keep accurate records
- Process customer payments
- Perform standard opening and closing procedures
- Keep front of store clean and tidy
- Back of House Duties:
- Inspect finished garments per Lapels quality control requirements
- Assemble finished garments to order slot
- Bag completed orders
- Register and place bagged orders in alphabetical order onto conveyor or racking systems
