The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily office operations, tracking accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative activities.
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks Basic bookkeeping/account knowledge
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage office operations independently
Bilingual: English and Spanish
