What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oral Surgery Reception Specialist position at Lanzi Burke Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons?
Our practice is growing and we are seeking an experienced medical and/or dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! You will perform front desk functions allowing us to provide excellent care to our patients. Experience in oral & maxillofacial surgery is a plus. Experience with benefits and scheduling is preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate!
Will work in three office locations: Rotating through three office locations
- Haddonfield
- Washington Township
- Woolwich Township
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and enter demographic information into the system
- Schedule appointments
- Collect and post payments, prepare deposits
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Discharge patients
- Perform other clerical/office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare office
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Will rotate to our three office locations (Haddonfield, Washington Twp and Woolwich Twp)

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
