Requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Spark conversations and identify potential insurance needs
- Set appointments and transfer qualified leads to our licensed team
- Accurately document conversations in our system
- Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment
