Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Direct Care Providers to support individual female adult with behavioral needs. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment within clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Follow behavior plans created by BCBA
- Support communication, play, and daily -living skills
- Collect Data and reinforce positive behaviors
- Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to clients specific needs
- Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Behavioral Home group home settings
- Certification in CPR and First Aid required; additional certifications such as Behavior Certification. Certification for Behavior AssistantTraining can be provided
- Strong communication skills patience, and consistency
- Experienced with challenging behaviors preferred
- Strong observational skills
