HVAC Lead Installation Technician

Lanz Heating & Cooling is searching for a full-time HVAC Lead Installation Technician to join our Champaign, IL team. As one of our leaders, you will be responsible for leading the installation of HVAC systems while mentoring and guiding fellow installers. Your team will focus on ensuring the proper processes and techniques are being implemented to meet or exceed company standards and provide customers with a high-quality experience. Are you dedicated to providing exceptional service and presenting yourself professionally and as a servant leader? This position starts the day at 7 am, or at the agreed-upon time outlined by your supervisor, and earns a competitive pay of $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, with SPIFF opportunities that are based on sales and customer experience feedback.

HVAC LEAD INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 years of HVAC and ductwork installation experience
• EPA Certification
• Competency with basic hand tools
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication and high/low voltage wiring and troubleshooting
• Solid communication and customer service skills
