Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible team member to join our hospitality staff. This role combines front desk operations, concierge services, event planning, and housekeeping support. The ideal candidate must be friendly, reliable, and eager to grow. All applicants must be willing to be trained in every aspect of the hospitality industry to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Guest Services
- Greet and check guests in and out with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Concierge Services
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Assist guests with reservations, transportation, and special requests.
- Housekeeping Support
- Assist the housekeeping team with cleaning rooms, common areas, and light property upkeep as needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Cross-Training & Development
- Learn and assist in all areas of hospitality operations.
- Support property upkeep, including plant and garden care (plant knowledge is a plus).
Qualifications
- Hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Professional, friendly, and guest-focused attitude.
- Flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and be trained in all areas of hospitality operations.
