Position Overview
A boutique inn in Sedona is seeking a polished and service-oriented Front Desk & Guest Services Agent to deliver a refined and welcoming guest experience. This role blends front desk operations, concierge services, and light event support. The ideal candidate is professional, knowledgeable about the Sedona area, and experienced in customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
· Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
· Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
· Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and email correspondence
· Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
Guest Services & Concierge
· Provide personalized recommendations for local dining, hiking, tours, and attractions
· Assist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests
· Anticipate guest needs and deliver a high-touch hospitality experience
Property Support
· Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of front desk and common areas
· Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest readiness
Event & Experience Support
· Assist with coordination of small events, weddings, and special occasions
· Support vendors, timelines, and guest logistics during events
· Event planning experience is a strong advantage
Qualifications
· Must reside locally in the Sedona / Verde Valley area
· Prior customer service or hospitality experience required
· Strong knowledge of Sedona, including restaurants, trails, venues, and attractions
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
· Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
· Experience in boutique hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality
· Event planning or wedding coordination experience
