Lanteris Space is seeking an Antenna RF Design Engineer to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. Our team designs, analyzes, and tests high-quality antennas that are suitable for space missions ranging from Low Earth Orbit Satellites to Geostationary Satellites to Planet Exploration Spacecrafts. We are all self-motivated, highly collaborative, problem-solving engineers who can also work independently with minimum supervision at times.

Responsibilities
- Perform research, design, analysis and development of antenna and related products
- Generate reports, recommendations and input for proposals or programs.
- Generate engineering documentation such as specifications, design reviews and action item responses
- Perform testing, troubleshooting and test analysis.
- Collaborate with both internal and external engineers and project/program manager
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- BS degree in electrical engineering. Four years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge in antenna/microwave theory
- Experience with antenna design/analytical software tools such as TICRATOOLS, Grasp, Pos, Champ and CST
- Experience with RF simulation software such as CST, HFSS and µWave Wizard
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, Fortran, C/C and/or other coding tools
- Self-Motivated
- Excellent in communicating and collaborating even with others who are not in the same discipline
- The base pay for this position within California is: $67,000.00 - $111,000.00 annually.
