Parts Shipping Clerk

At Lantech, we build innovative packaging equipment that helps companies around the world move and protect their products. Our manufacturing and warehouse teams play a critical role in ensuring materials and equipment are accurately received, prepared, and delivered to our customers.

As a Shipping amp; Inventory Associate, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, staged, and prepared for delivery. You’ll also support incoming deliveries and inventory activities while cross-training in all aspects of shipping and inventory.

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Process pick ticket orders according to customer requirements.

• Pick and prepare items accurately for customer orders.

• Verify orders for accuracy before staging for delivery.

• Stage items correctly and efficiently for shipment.

• Load and unload delivery trucks safely.

• Verify incoming deliveries against company purchase orders.

• Operate material handling equipment while following all safety procedures.

• Maintain an organized and safe shipping and inventory area.

• Cross-train in various shipping and inventory functions to provide support where needed.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet shipping and inventory requirements.

• Follow standardized work and established safety and quality procedures.

• Work overtime as needed to support production and shipping schedules.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Ability to bend, reach overhead, and maneuver throughout the work area.

• Ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.

• Ability to obtain and maintain OSHA forklift certification through Lantech.

• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment drug screening.

• High school diploma or GED required.
