Lansing Precision Power-Wash is looking for an experienced door-to-door sales representative to join our team across the greater Lansing area.
You'd be the first point of contact for homeowners — knocking doors, starting conversations, and booking estimates for Mid-Michigan's top-rated exterior cleaning company. The role is straightforward: represent a brand people already trust, and get rewarded for the effort you put in.
Compensation: $60k-80k
Location: Greater Lansing, MI — Lansing, East Lansing, DeWitt, Delta Township, Holt, Okemos, Grand Ledge, and surrounding communities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Canvassing residential neighborhoods across the service area
- Having genuine, face-to-face conversations with homeowners about their exterior cleaning needs
- Booking on-the-spot estimates and appointments
- Representing the LPPW brand with professionalism and energy
- Providing field feedback to help the team improve and grow
Qualifications:
- Prior door-to-door or direct sales experience required
- Strong communication skills — confident, personable, not pushy
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 or older
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
