JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The position is an Entry Level Air Compressor Technician role where the employee will be trained with knowledge of diagnostic repair capabilities of mechanical, electrical, Variable Speed Controllers, basic controls, and knowledge of competitive brands of air compressors on an advanced level.
The mechanic will also learn to diagnose malfunctioning system components, recommend repairs, and perform services and maintenance to ensure equipment is maintained according to factory specifications. Will be expected to work independently with little supervision. Manage all on site installations, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks.
Coordinate with the parts department to ensure required service parts are ordered, received, and staged for upcoming job.
QUALIFICATIONS
Application of mechanical and electrical principles.
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Some overtime work and occasional overnight travel.
Must have and maintain own tools.
Capable of volunteering for overtime work when required during M-F and possibly on weekends
