Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

- Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to family members or healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities by fostering independence and enhancing their quality of life.
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate response to any emergencies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar patient care setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary needs.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Ability to monitor vital signs accurately and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
