With a growing retail presence across Ulta Beauty, Target, Walgreens, and Meijer, we're building something special in the U.S. market and we're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Influencer Outreach Coordinator to help us grow our creator community.
The Role
The Influencer Outreach Coordinator will own the day-to-day execution of Lanolips' influencer program across North America. This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role for someone who loves beauty, knows the creator landscape, and thrives on building genuine relationships at scale.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and continuously grow a robust influencer database across tiers and platforms
- Execute high-volume outreach campaigns to recruit and secure creator participation for product launches, seasonal moments, and retail activations
- Coordinate product seeding end-to-end, including product selection, fulfillment, and shipping logistics
- Nurture long-term creator relationships, serving as a consistent and enthusiastic point of contact for the Lanolips community
- Track and report on outreach performance, creator conversion, and program ROI to inform ongoing strategy
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or a related field; beauty or CPG experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach without losing the personal touch
- Familiarity with influencer platforms, seeding logistics, and basic performance reporting
- A genuine passion for beauty, social media, and the creator economy
- Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where initiative and ownership are celebrated
Compensation
$65,000 annually
