Position Overview
Lano Equipment is looking for a reliable Wash Bay Attendant who pays attention to details to join our team! In this job, you will be in charge of washing, cleaning, and setting up our tractors, construction machines, and farm equipment so they look awesome and are ready to go.
If you are a hard worker, stay safe, and take pride in doing a great job, this is for you! You will be a super important part of our team, making sure every machine looks brand new for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Setting Up Machines
- Power Washing: Use a power washer to clean and detail big machines so they look perfect.
- Moving Equipment: Help park, organize, and line up the machines so customers can see them.
Checking for Damage
- Machine Inspection: Look over the machines while you wash them to check for any broken parts or scratches.
- Reporting Problems: Tell the service team right away if you find anything broken or missing.
Safety & Keeping Things Clean
- Wash Bay Cleanup: Keep your washing area clean, neat, and safe.
- Using Tools Safely: Be careful with the power washers and cleaning tools so nobody gets hurt and nothing gets damaged.
Helping the Team
- Teamwork: Work with the rental and repair teams to figure out which machines need to be washed first.
- Helping Out: Help out with other quick jobs around the yard or shop when needed.
Qualifications
Skills & Traits
- Reliable: You show up on time, work hard, and can do a good job on your own or with a team.
- Experience: No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know on the job.
Physical Requirements
- Strength: You can lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the day.
- Movement: You are totally fine with standing, walking, and bending while washing big machines.
- The Weather: You don't mind working outside in different kinds of weather.
