Lanier Plumbing Services is a fast-growing commercial plumbing subcontractor specializing in large-scale new construction — hospitals, data centers, institutional buildings, and more. We've grown 78% in the last year and we need experienced foremen who want to grow with us.

What you need: 2 years plumbing experience. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience leading crews. Journeyman license preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Willingness to travel to project sites within our footprint of North to central GA. Ability to pass a background check for municipal and public school jobsites.
Bonus points for: Medical gas certification, backflow certification, OSHA 30, equipment operator certifications, large project experience, bilingual English/Spanish, etc.
Open to candidates from mechanical, HVAC piping, and fire protection backgrounds — if you've run crews and read MEP drawings, you can do this job.
