Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial preparation and resolution.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents including motions, pleadings, depositions, and settlement agreements.
- Prepare for court depositions and participate actively in trial proceedings to advocate for clients’ interests.
- Develop case strategies by analyzing procedural law and statutory regulations across various practice areas such as employment law, personal injury law, landlord-tenant law, and tribal law.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on case progress and legal options while managing client expectations.
Experience
- Preferred at least 3 years in Litigation experience.
