Position Summary / Purpose
Lanier Home Restoration is a growing restoration company servicing all of the metro Atlanta area with our offices located in Dawsonville, Georgia. We are seeking a self-motivated, customer services driven, and highly disciplined individual to help project manage in our contents division.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- First contact with customers to talk them through next steps, scheduling work walk through, reporting back what is need to start and complete the job.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and other involved parties (ie. Insurance, property managers, tenants, etc.)
- Act as a first-responder for the company, obtain written contracts, and guide the customer through the entire process
- Perform inspections and evaluate projects on initial visit, during, and after completed work
- Assist in training fellow technicians on company procedures, reporting, and performing services
- Complete project daily log and all appropriate content documentation
- Update and maintain project files including photos, and forms, job site documentation
- Help with packing and moving contents as needed
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
- Maintain inventory of related supplies & inform department manager of stock & orders needed
- Work with the administrative staff on claim and job status
- Maintain effective notes on every job
- Works with Estimators to review and oversee job estimates
Qualifications-Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education and Experience
High school diploma (or GED).
Computer Skill\Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
