Responsibilities:
- Light cleaning and basic property clean-up (sweep, remove debris, general tidying to make home presentable)
- Install a lockbox on the front door (provided)
- Place “For Sale” signs at the property and potentially at a few nearby intersections (signs provided)
- Send confirmation photos once tasks are complete
