What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kindergarten/Elementary After School Care Supervisor position at Laniakea Montessori School?
We are seeking a part time (10-20 hours per week) teacher/childcare supervisor for a small private school in Gainesville, Fl.
Hours: After School Supervision: 2 pm - 5:30 pm (or 30 minutes past the last child's pick-up time).
Candidate MUST BE AVAILABLE Monday-Friday, with the opportunity for occasional (optional) substitute hours.
Duties:
Provide support to teachers and students (ages 5-11)
Maintain a safe environment for children playing indoors and outdoors after school
Plan a simple rotating schedule of daily activities offered
Supervise the sign-out of children when picked up
Carry out the school's playground rules
Thorough cleaning of restrooms, sweeping, etc. at the end of the day
*Must be punctual at all times.
*Dependable attendance is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
