- Competitive hourly rate ($70-$72) for new graduates, with higher rates available for experienced APPs (based on pertinent experience, ability to practice with minimal oversight, and capacity to manage higher patient volumes)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in urgent care and/or primary care settings
- Perform histories, physicals, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions within scope of practice
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients on preventive health, treatment plans, and wellness strategies
- Document all encounters accurately in the EMR system
Qualifications
- Current California license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical skills with a passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- New graduates welcome to apply — experienced providers preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus (but not required)
