Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Respond to customer inquiries (i.e. pricing, stock, order status)
- Enter customer orders into the system
- Complete sales transactions for will-call customers
- Assist in warehouse when needed to pull products for orders and help customers by loading their order
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
Requirements:
- Experience working in the field of customer service
- Good technical/computer skills
- Strong communication skills and good phone etiquette
- Comfortable working with and driving a forklift when needed (will train)
- Experience working in warehouse environment is preferred
- Must be a high school graduate
- College Degree preferred, but not required
- Certifications preferred, but not required
Salary : $22 - $23
