What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building/Lot Maintenance position at Langway Chevrolet Volkswagen of Manchester?
Looking for a reliable person for maintaining of dealership lot and facilities.
The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Clean facility, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Sweeping and mopping
- Take out and empty trash and recyclables.
- Basic facility maintenance and upkeep.
- Occasional parts pick up or delivery
- (Snowplowing experience a plus)
Pay commensurate with experience. (based on qualifications)
$18 to $20 an hour starting wage, 40 hours a week. Longevity, punctuality and a good work ethic is rewarded.
** A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQURED FOR THIS POSITION**
