Job Description Job Title: HRIS Solutions Architect – Workday Department: Technology Reports To: Director of Technology, Enterprise Operations Classification: Exempt Management Level: Individual Contributor Levelling C1- P4 Key Essential Functions Main Duties Serve as the organization’s internal Workday consultant and HR technical partner within the Technology organization, responsible for the configuration, optimization, and governance of Workday HCM. Lead configuration efforts across Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Performance, and Contingent Worker modules to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. Partner with HR leadership to translate strategic goals and process needs into effective Workday functionality, guiding design decisions that enhance efficiency and employee experience. Own full lifecycle of Workday integrations—including design, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance—to ensure seamless connectivity across enterprise systems. Design, implement, and maintain a secure Workday Security Framework and audit-ready dashboards; monitor compliance and proactively identify risks. Develop, document, and maintain process knowledge libraries, configuration standards, and governance artifacts that support system consistency and enablement. Mentor and coach Workday administrators, HRIS analysts, and HR functional area owners to build organizational capability and understanding of Workday tools and processes. Lead configuration and delivery of annual Workday Performance and Compensation processes, including merit cycles and calibration programs. Create advanced reports, analytics, and dashboards that generate actionable workforce insights. Partner closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to plan and execute new functionality, releases, and feature adoption in alignment with enterprise strategy Qualifications Required Qualifications Experience: 6 years of progressive, hands-on Workday HCM experience with deep configuration expertise. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1. Proven track record implementing and optimizing modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Performance. 2. Demonstrated experience leading configuration projects, integrations, and global deployments. 3. Strong background in system security, data governance, and compliance controls. 4. Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders. 5. Expert knowledge of Workday business process framework, calculated fields, condition rules, and EIBs. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into scalable system designs. 7. Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. 8. Ability to design and document repeatable configuration standards and processes. 9.
