Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your artistic skills and create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions.
Duties:
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, funerals and everyday occasions
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements based on their preferences and budget
- Assist in maintaining inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery or pickup
-Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service
Skills:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of floral design techniques and principles
- Excellent artistic abilities with an eye for color, texture, and composition
- Effective communication skills to understand customer preferences and provide recommendations
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic computer skills required. Knowledge of the Dove operating system and order gathering companies like FTD is a plus.
