Executive & Personal Assistant (On‑site – Burnet, TX)
Langley Homes, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive & Personal Assistant to support owners across five companies. This fast‑paced, hands‑on role blends executive support, office operations, bookkeeping, and business/personal errands. What you’ll do
- Inbox & phone management: Handle emails and calls with professional etiquette; draft clear, accurate correspondence.
- Document preparation: Build and format documents, reports, and forms; manage e‑sign workflows with DocuSign.
- Bookkeeping & data entry: Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks; assist with reconciliations and receipts.
- Errands: Run personal and business errands (mileage reimbursed).
- Warranty management: Track warranty items and follow-up to resolution.
- Project coordination: Track deadlines, order materials, and follow-up on action items.
- Office operations: Filing, scanning, copying, front desk coverage, office supply management, and light cleaning.
- Event support: Assist with planning and on‑site coordination.
- Executive support: Provide confidential, high‑trust support for company leadership.

Work standards & policies
- This is an on‑site role in Burnet, TX with standard business hours.

Minimum experience
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in administrative/executive support preferred.
- Customer service experience and professional phone etiquette.
- QuickBooks & Microsoft 365 experience strongly preferred.
