- Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify insurance coverage, and assist with intake procedures using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system such as eClinicalWorks
- Schedule appointments efficiently utilizing medical scheduling software and coordinate front desk activities to minimize wait times
- Verify insurance benefits, perform insurance verification, and handle billing processes including medical collection efforts
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate medical records by filing documents securely and reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Assist with clinical tasks as a CNA by supporting patient mobility, vital sign collection, and basic care under supervision
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and maintaining confidentiality at all times
