Senior Project Manager – Residential Remodeling & Light Commercial

Langley Design Build is a design-build remodeling firm located in Northern Virginia, specializing in transforming kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and creating custom residential additions. We oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design and planning to construction and inspections, ensuring a seamless client experience. By integrating interior design, 3D visualization, and meticulous construction management, we deliver high-quality renovations with transparent communication, accurate budgeting, and reliable execution.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee residential remodeling and light commercial construction projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within budget. Responsibilities include project planning, coordinating schedules, supervising on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and inspections. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ashburn, VA, with opportunities for remote work as project needs allow.

• Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completion of remodeling or construction projects.
• Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring materials and resources are delivered on time to maintain project timelines.
• Expertise in Logistics Management and Inspection processes, including coordinating supply chains and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of local building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations is highly valued.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
