What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Forklift Driver position at Langham Logistics?
Our Warehouse Turret Drivers contribute to meeting Langham goals of exceptional customer service, quality, process improvement, and profitability by ensuring that the designated finished good items and quantity of items are correctly picked, packed, and shipped according to client specifications, eliminating errors and claims. Our Warehouse Associates perform a variety of duties at various locations within the warehouse, and duties may include hand picking and packing, operating various forklift equipment, sealing and/or banding shipments, receiving, quality control, performing cycle counts, housekeeping, etc. Our Warehouse Associates work a variety of shifts and may be asked to work overtime as customer needs fluctuate. All Warehouse Associates are expected to operate according to all safety and security guidelines. All Warehouse Associates who operate any of our forklift equipment must have been previously certified.
Warehouse Associates will perform any and/or all of the duties listed below: Ensure customer orders are correctly picked and packed and staged for shipping by freight carriers:
High school diploma or GED required. Forklift drivers must be able to pass Langham forklift certification training. Must have at least 1 year of Turret experience.

Warehouse Associates will perform any and/or all of the duties listed below: Ensure customer orders are correctly picked and packed and staged for shipping by freight carriers:
- Using the order sheets (pick tickets), locate correct bin and part numbers, record work with an RF gun, and pack required quantities in box. This work generally requires the use of forklift equipment.
- Check all parts against part numbers and printed order to ensure accuracy.
- Sign off as required on order sheets with correct quantity.
- Deliver packed boxes to staging areas for quality control inspection.
- Double check and confirm accuracy of picking, noting any errors on Quality Control documents. Ensure goods are marked to go to the correct place.
- After quality control inspection, band boxes and attach correct shipping labels. Inventory control:
- Load and unload materials off of trucks and deliver to correct locations as assigned.
- Perform cycle counts as directed.
- Look for correct parts when parts are missing from correct bins.
High school diploma or GED required. Forklift drivers must be able to pass Langham forklift certification training. Must have at least 1 year of Turret experience.
