Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service support.
- Perform data entry, assist with A/P and A/R, filing, and maintain accurate records through meticulous proofreading and organizational skills.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and data entry, using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support office financial processes.
- Support office management duties such as supply inventory, filing systems, and document preparation.
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and document proofreading.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Computer literacy including typing speed and proficiency in office management software.
- Reliable attendance with strong work ethic.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
