Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and management of roof drain installation commercial projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, codes, and client specifications
- Prepare detailed project estimates by analyzing blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules. Optimize workflow and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Monitor project progress through site visits, inspections, and progress reports; address issues proactively to prevent delays
- Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and documentation to maintain clarity and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design intent
- Maintain rigorous time management practices to meet project deadlines while upholding quality standards
Skills
