The administrative assistant supports other departments with special projects, creating opportunities to learn the business as well as experience in other areas of the organization.ResponsibilitiesActs as the director of first impressions for LANGE; welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.Manages multiline phone system and routes incoming phone calls to the appropriate person.Distributes interoffice mail, outgoing mail and local office deliveries.Prepares reports, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.Completes a variety of office projects requested by departments or leadership team members.Maintains office supplies, ensures break rooms and common areas are tidy, and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.Prepares agendas and makes arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons for meetings and organizing company events. Provides lunch coverage and back up for other administrative locations within LANGE.Minimum Qualifications2 years of administrative or office experience.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to answer customer calls via a multi-line phone system.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Valid Driver’s License.
