Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Physical Therapist based in Studio City, CA. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, providing physical therapy techniques tailored to optimize recovery and rehabilitation, and performance programming via 55- minute 1:1 sessions. The Physical Therapist will also monitor patient progress, deliver exceptional patient care, offer guidance on home care exercises, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure overall patient well- being. Commitment to delivering compassionate and expert care is essential for this role. Up to 32 patient visits/week.

Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) with an active, unrestricted California PT license
- High-level manual therapy skills with a strong clinical foundation
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement strength & conditioning programming
- Thorough understanding of exercise progression and periodization principles
- Strong critical thinking skills applied to both treatment and performance training
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable and motivated to thrive in a cash-based, out-of-network practice model
- Collaborative mindset with a desire to work in a team-based care environment
- Openness to mentorship and commitment to continued professional growth
- Appreciation for building relationships with other providers and referring partners in the community
- CSCS, OCS, or SCS certification is a plus
