Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to support our team with accurate data entry, data management, and quality control processes. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain data integrity across systems. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable learning new software and procedures through on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases
- Provide ongoing data support, including updates, corrections, and maintenance of records
- Conduct data integrity and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify discrepancies and work with team members to resolve data issues
- Assist with basic data research and verification tasks as assigned
- Follow established procedures for data handling, confidentiality, and compliance
- Participate in on-the-job training to learn internal systems and workflows
- Complete training and utilize company software programs, including ARM and GLP systems
- Support team members with administrative and data-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
Work Environment & Schedule
- Part-time position 20-30 hours per week (hours may vary based on business needs)
- On-site
- Training provided, including ARM software and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
