About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to work
NIGHT SHIFT WEEKENDS ONLY 2 NIGHTS A WEEK 12 HOUR SHIFTS
. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment. Your duties will include:
- Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administering medications and treatments as needed
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Participating in resident care planning and implementation
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
0 years of experience in a long-term care setting; willing to train the right candidate
High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification a plus
Ability to work NIGHT SHIFT WEEKENDS ONLY 2 NIGHTS A WEEK 12 HOUR SHIFTS, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and transfer residents, with or without reasonable accommodations
