Qualifications:
- Education
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Licenses
- Driver's License
Duties:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet the company's production and quality standards.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about available vehicles and their features.
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and pricing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Utilize sales management tools to track and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive sales processes.
- Attend sales meetings.
- Attend pertinent training and stay current with sales department concerns and sales techniques.
- Conduct telephone transactions courteously and promptly.
