Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Millwright position located in Barnesville, GA. The Millwright will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, as well as maintaining and repairing machinery. The successful candidate will work with both power tools and hand tools to ensure the accurate assembly, installation, and servicing of industrial machinery. Additionally, the Millwright will follow safety protocols to maintain a reliable and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Preventive Maintenance and identifying potential mechanical issues
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and machinery issues effectively
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks with industrial systems and components
- Competence in the safe use of both Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Working knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in relevant areas preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work as part of a team
