Role Description This full-time, on-site Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload involving commercial disputes and construction litigation. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Taking and defending depositions.
- Representing clients before courts, government agencies, and in arbitration and mediation.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
- Maintaining client communications and managing deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in law.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and active Arizona Bar admission.
- 1 years of litigation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Prior experience in construction law, commercial litigation, or a similar practice area is preferred.
